Audio and Chat Interaction Guidelines

These guidelines govern the use of the audio and chat interaction features as provided by Moonfrog Labs Private Limited’ games, and as may be accessible on your computer, mobile device, or via our website, www.moonfroglabs.com (the “Platform”), or any other device-based platforms. Your interaction on our Platform is subject to the Terms of Service and is informed by our Privacy Policy regarding your personal information.
Should you find the terms of this guideline unacceptable, or any future revisions thereof, you are required to discontinue accessing and using our Platform. In this document, “Moonfrog,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Moonfrog Labs Private Limited and its associated applications, platforms, and services.
We continuously enhance our Platform with new features, including innovative ways to interact including the current audio and chat features. We aim to provide a fulfilling service experience, thus we have developed this code of conduct for users of our audio and chat features. You are required to agree to these guidelines so that we can ensure that our Platform remains an inclusive and safe environment for everyone.
We strictly prohibit any form of bullying or harassment on any chat or any other forum of Moonfrog, which includes but is not limited to derogatory remarks concerning race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, cultural background, faith, mental or physical capabilities, or country of origin. Everyone in our community deserves respect and dignity. This guideline is universally applicable to all users without exception and regardless of any feature that Moonfrog provides.
Our Platform is inclusive of all users, irrespective of their gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, language, nationality, color, socio-economic status, education, body size, family status, political beliefs, religion, mental and physical abilities, or any other characteristic that may be used to categorize or divide communities. We reserve the right to monitor and censor content shared whether with Moonfrog or its other users and any media uploaded by users to prevent discriminatory language, offensive images, and other forms of disruption.
We reserve the right to record and store audio and other chats for such time as is legally permissible in the jurisdiction wherein Moonfrog may be providing you this facility. This is solely to resolve any potential issues or conflicts and to provide you a better service.
We address any actual or potential interaction issue in the below provided two categories. Please note that these are inclusive in nature and not limited to the list provided herein.
Harassment:
- Trolling or griefing to provoke or disturb another user.
- Embarrassing or taunting another player.
- Using offensive names or profanity.
- Impersonating another user.
Severe Harassment:
- Threatening physical harm or persistently harassing.
- Stalking, monitoring, or collecting information to harass or threaten a user.
- Sexually harassing another player.
- Discriminating based on age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc.
Expected Conduct on Our Platform:
Do’s:
- Provide constructive feedback and engage in supportive dialogue that fosters a positive community environment.
- Emphasize the importance of inclusivity and encourage actions that make all users feel welcome and valued, regardless of their background or beliefs.
- Respect the privacy of others, including not sharing personal information without consent.
- Report any activities that go against the platform’s policies, helping to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
- Be authentic and truthful in your communications, discouraging misrepresentation of any kind.
- Positively engage with the content, such as liking, sharing, and commenting in a respectful manner.
Protect your account information and do not share your personal information or any other personal identifiable information while using our platform.
Don’ts:
- No tolerance for bullying, hate speech, or derogatory comments. Offensive content or language, even in jest, is unacceptable and has consequences.
- Remember, if a chat function or audio feature is available in any of our games, be considerate of others’ experiences, which includes not spamming or over-posting.
- Your audio and chat interactions must be appropriate and respectful towards all genders, orientations, races, etc. Adult content or its use in avatars, club pictures, profile pictures, texts, or any other spaces is strictly forbidden.
- We have created a secure space for all our users and ensure that no offensive or indecent content is posted. Posting vulgar content, including pornography and nudity, is prohibited.
- Our audio and chat interaction feature supplements our main game application and must be used as intended. We do not support chats that discuss topics prohibited by these guidelines.
- Impersonating any person or accessing accounts not belonging to you is prohibited.
- In the event of a dispute or unpleasant interaction with another player, please reach out to us or use the reporting options available within the game on our Platform. Do not publicly or otherwise shame other users as this constitutes harassment.
- Do not use our Platform and Services to organize, promote, or endorse violent extremism. This prohibition extends to the glorification of violent events, celebrating individuals who commit violent acts, promoting extremism or terrorism, facilitating criminal activities, and related behaviors. It also covers making indirect or veiled threats, as well as sharing or threatening to share someone’s personally identifiable information.
- Cheating, unfair play, and the use of unauthorized third-party software are strictly forbidden.
- You are accountable for the security and use of your account. Never share personal information such as phone numbers, email addresses, passwords, or physical addresses, either yours or of others.
- The Platform is designed for providing services and facilitating interactions related to these services. Users are advised against sharing sensitive material concerning politics or religion. It is forbidden to distribute information that reveals government secrets or national military details, including those pertaining to the armed forces, or any political or religious information that could disrupt societal order or stability.
- Do not disseminate misinformation or false information that could harm individuals financially or otherwise.
- Our policy prohibits posting content that includes intellectual property rights owned by others. This includes copyrighted materials, trademarks, confidential information, and trade secrets, unless you either have a legitimate “fair use” rationale or explicit authorization from the rightful owner to use such properties.
- We respect the privacy and sensitivity of all Platform users. Do not share content that promotes or glorifies self-harm or suicide.
- Each user has the right to choose their interactions. If you are blocked, do not attempt to contact the user from another account.
- Promoting illegal activities or the sale of regulated items is not permitted on our Platform.
- Child safety is paramount. We strictly prohibit any content that sexualizes minors or poses a risk to their well-being.
Recording Consent: We may record any reported content for internal training and moderation purposes. By using our Platform, you consent to such recordings.
False Reporting: We take reports seriously and do not tolerate misuse of our reporting systems. Abuse of these systems may lead to account suspension.
Before using our Platform, you will be provided with these guidelines for acknowledgment.
